• Fax documents: PDF files you upload are temporarily processed to send your fax and are deleted immediately after transmission. We do not store your documents.
• Fax numbers: Recipient fax numbers are used solely for transmission and are not stored after the fax is delivered or fails.
• Usage data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics such as page views, fax success/failure rates, and browser type to improve the Service.
• IP addresses: Your IP address is processed for rate limiting and abuse prevention. It is not linked to your fax activity or stored long-term.

• To send faxes on your behalf via our telecom provider (SignalWire)
• To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
• To improve and maintain the Service
• To display advertisements that subsidize the free service

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• SignalWire: Fax transmission provider. Your fax document and recipient number are shared with SignalWire to deliver your fax. See SignalWire's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe: Payment processing for premium subscriptions. We do not store your payment card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdSense: We may display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out at Google Ad Settings.

Data Retention

Uploaded documents are deleted immediately after fax transmission. Fax history is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent to our servers. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for debugging and abuse prevention.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
