By using Kevin Fax at kevinfax.com (the "Service"), operated by Founder Manage LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service Description

Kevin Fax is a free online fax service that allows you to send PDF documents to fax numbers. Free users may send up to 5 pages per fax. Additional pages are billed at $0.10 per page. Premium subscribers receive additional benefits as described on the site.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited advertising, or bulk faxes
• Transmit illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content
• Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or similar laws
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse protections
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

No Guarantee of Delivery

Fax delivery depends on the recipient's fax machine and phone line. We do not guarantee that every fax will be successfully delivered. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis.

Free Tier and Ads

The free tier is subsidized by advertisements. By using the free tier, you agree to view ads as part of the fax sending process. We reserve the right to modify the free tier limits at any time.

Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify premium pricing with 30 days' notice.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the documents you fax. By uploading a document, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process and transmit it for the sole purpose of delivering your fax.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Founder Manage LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Founder Manage LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes blocking IP addresses that violate our acceptable use policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
